Jane Stothert is one of the founders and organisers of Art 3. She previously exhibited @ The Wine Gallery in '3 forms of colour' (October/November 2001) and 'Colour 5' (September/October 2002).

Jane produces paintings and silkscreen prints that rely on long processes of masking out areas with tape, and applying colour in a very formal and almost theoretical way. Her starting point can be a basic Geometric/equilateral shape, or with the later work the form of landscape.
