• Between 10-15 good quality slides or photographs of the type of work you would like to exhibit (note: Please make sure these are labelled clearly with title, media, dimensions and date).

• An Artist's C.V

• A SAE with appropriate postage (we cannot return material that does not include this).

• State whether you are interested in solo and/or taking part in small group exhibitions.

We accept submissions on a CD or JPEG files,in the case of CD's they must be dual Mac & PC compatable and include a cross referenced list of titles, media etc, as above. Please send us ONLY the amount of images we ask for (in other words NOT your entire life's work). We don't normally encourage the submission of JPEG attachments, due to the lesser quality of the images sent, but in some circircumstances this is allowed, so check with us first. If sent this way, it is ESSENTIAL that files are a MAXIMUM file size of 300K (total per e-mail 600K. Use the' Save for Web' feature in Photoshop, Image Ready or whatever EIP you use). If you can't or don't know how to do this DON'T BOTHER submitting in this way, as we won't look at the images if they are too big to download easily.

Except in special circumstances, we don't initially view work via website, partly because we get so many requests to do this and also because part of the selection criteria we undertake is on how professionally an artist presents his/herself in their application to determine whether we want to work with them or not..
